There are many binary options trading strategies for you to try. However, our Banc de Swiss strategy would certainly help you a lot in becoming an experienced binary options trader. Here are some of the remarkable techniques you can use in trading binary options:
Basically, our Banc de Swiss strategies can be categorized into two – the Price Action strategies and the Indicator-Based Trading strategies.
Price Action strategies
- The Straddle: This strategy is one of the most popularly used strategies in Banc de Swiss binary options trading. To use this, you simply place a “put” and “call” option on the same asset. The ideal thing to do is to place a “put” option as high as you can, and when the market drops, place a “call” option. It’s obvious that whatever the result may be, you will definitely have one trade ending in-the-money.
- Double Red: This is relatively easy compared to the Straddle. All you have to do is to observe the market chart and wait for a scenario like this: a second red bar which closes below a first red bar and its wick. When this situation occurs, you may get in at a better value on the third red bar. However, you may also opt to trade immediately after the 2nd red bar.
Indicator-Based Trading strategies
- Momentum: From the name itself, this strategy simply goes with the trends momentum. The idea here is to try and follow the swings and shifts in the market trends. And one way to identify these trends is through the Momentum Indicator, which is available in your MetaTrader 4 chart. Observe the blue line at the 100 level. If this line goes above 100, then it means you have a potential for a long trade; otherwise, you’re in for a short trade. The key is to wait for the pairs momentum line to go below 100.
There are many other Banc de Swiss strategies under these categories, but these are the most commonly used ones. It’s still up to you on how you would use these techniques to your advantage.
